As one who is constantly misplacing lens caps, I got tired of paying $4-5 a pop plus shipping and decided to try these. I must say these are a good value. Less than a buck and $.50 shipping! I received these today, and they fit my Canon kit lens and 75-300mm perfectly. Another plus is that it is plastic, so it should be a bit more shock resistant than metal, it might even float if dropped into water, and does not have the glaring bright white Canon emblazoned across it.
Pluses:
Functional-Fits my Canon lenses perfectly
One fifth (including shipping) the price of 'real' lens covers, so you do not need to be as diligent in keeping up with them. These are inexpensive enough to keep a few spares on hand.
Minuses:
I ordered 2 different sizes (3 of the 58mm, 1 52mm) at the same time but there was a problem in shipping, and I only got the 52mm. I wrote the company, and they sent out the missing 58mm covers, so at least the mistake was taken care of promptly and easily. However, a bit more care in shipping might be in order.
All in all this is the type of product I like...inexpensive, but not cheap, and functional. 5 stars. Would recommend.

fits my canon (t2i) lens like a glove. no problem with quality or construction that i can see so far. great alternative to oem caps. maybe i'll draw a happy face on the cap and watch em smile for the camera

The price was excellent, but the lens cap lasted 3 days before it broke. The original canon lens cap never broke... I lost it after having it for over 2 years.
