In addition, a switch on the side of the unit offers Indoor and Outdoor settings, making it easy for entry-level users to obtain flash illumination that suits their current shooting situation. A charging lamp indicates when the flash is ready to fire. The HVLF20AM also supports ADI (Advanced Distance Integration) flash metering, which automatically assures optimum flash brightness, and auto white balance adjustment, which automatically assures optimum color balance.
