Customer reviews
No logos on a product--love it!
by .. A. Dayen (NYC)
Great product, metal frame, same as Hoya CPL D-1 PRO, a basic MC knock-off of it, and way cheaper then the father-lens. Easy to clean.
Use it with Hoya HMC(c) filter--together they work beautifully.
Sometimes PL removes glare 100%.
Just go to the right seller.
SuperdDeal charged me $6.60 but the shipping itself (with tracking) costs $2.15+envelope=$2.50. Shame on them!!!
Fits and Works fine
by .. Mike (Prescott, AZ)
The product came as advertized...with extremely fast delivery--4 days! (from NY to AZ). I was leaving on a trip the next day and was wondering if I would receive the fast service that another reviewer described with normal delivery. I did! It also fits just fine on my 1985 Pentax SuperProgram SLR camera.
Does its job!

This filter does its job. When I use it, my daytime shots do appear to be more vibrant (i.e. the sky appears to be a richer blue).
You get what you pay for

This polarizing filter is not the best I've used, nor is it the worst. So far, my only major gripe is that the spinning mechanism for the polarization can be a little sticky. Also, the grip to mount the filter to the lens is really small which can be hard to thread the lens.
Bought for my Canon 17-85 IS USM lens
by .. Tina (Ohio)
I tried this on my Canon 17-85 IS USM lens. I feel like all this did was help me to lose clarity. I took it to the zoo and it did help with the glass photos but not like I was hoping for. Meaning, the clarity again. Its like your putting cheap glass on. I don't really know how else to explain it. Which I guess, you are. Lol. You get a cheap looking photo, to barely minimize glass reflections. I realized quickly that this is one thing I can't buy generic. I really don't know if I will ever try this one again.
