Lightly padded and compressible: The modulus components are lightly padded to make them friendlier to use and they are compressible for travel purposes. Cases are padded with 1/8" - 1/4" of foam (3-5 mm) which is plenty to protect your lens
Bungee cord top-access: The bags feature a completely open top which is the fastest way to insert or retrieve a lens or other items. The bungee cord closure system allows you to securely pull the top tight, preventing anything from falling out
Seam-sealed raincover: Unique to Think Tank Photo, all of the rain covers are seam-sealed for protection, similar to outdoor clothing and jackets. This is necessary to prevent the water from leaking into the bag where the raincover is sewn together
Front mesh pockets for lens caps: The stretchable mesh pockets are designed for items that you need to remove and retrieve quickly while shooting like lens caps. They are also handy for other essentials like sunscreen, lip balm and other small items
