Great lens!

This was a bouns item at a special price when we purchased the Nikon 3000, I'm so glad we decided to get it too. Great addition to the camera which came with the 18-55mm lens.
Nikon Nikor zoom lens
by .. D. Link (amherst, NY)
Haven"t gotten to use the lens too much so far, but have had great results with what I have done. I have two other lenses one higher focus and one lower focus, so this is the perfect medium for when I don"t want to change lenses constantly or lug around all of them
Arrived in time and as described

This lens works wonderfully. I used it at the Insight Bowl in December, and the photographs turned out fantastic.
Great Lens to complete your package
by .. H. Kay (Baton Rouge, LA)
If you own the 18mm-50mm might as well pick this one up for greater zoom. It does complete your package as far as giving you a step to zoom. However, I only find myself using it at sporting events or in nature because I find it to zoomed in. I should have bought the 18mm-200mm and saved my money!
Bring the picture to you.

If you need to reach out and get that distant picture, this is the one for you. If you want to spend another $100 you could have the stabilizer model. Great addition to your 18 to 55 lens!
