Both autofocus and auto-exposure functions work are retained and its large precision front lens element maintains your lens speed and low-light shooting capability. Matching the optical design of this accessory lens to their camera's prime lens, resulted in Nikon's creating the highest quality wide-angle lens attachment possible for the Nikon Coolpix 5700, 8400, and 8700 cameras. Please note that the WC-E80 requires optional Nikon UR-E8 Adapter (not included) on the Coolpix 5700 or 8700 and the NikonUR-E9 Adapter (not included) is required for use on the Coolpix 5400.
